平城京天平行列「東大寺参詣」
Commemoration of the 1300th Anniversary of Emperor Shōmu's Ascension:
"Autumn Heijo-kyo Tempyo Procession and Todaiji Pilgrimage"

13:00頃～ JR奈良駅スタート
平城京天平行列は、東大寺建立の詔（みことのり）を発せられた聖武天皇と光明皇后のご遺徳を偲ぶためのお二人を中心とした行列です。
行列では、天皇警護の兵衛隊を先頭に、雅楽隊、お付きの男性貴族や女性貴族がともに歩きます。女性貴族が手に持つ、正倉院宝物を模した品々も必見です！
そして、奈良時代に金が産出されそれを東大寺に納めていた宮城県涌谷町様より、それにあやかって作られた玄米「金のいぶき」が、行列に加わって奉納されます。
また本年は衛士隊も加わり、より一層当時を感じていただける内容となっています♫
奈良公園浮雲園地では、奈良時代の様子をより皆様に知っていただけるように、「奈良時代 市のにぎわい」ブースを作り、当時の市の様子を見ていただけたり、天平衣装体験もございます🎎
This grand and solemn procession will make a pilgrimage to Todai-ji Temple. It pays tribute to Emperor Shomu, who issued an imperial decree for the temple’s construction, and his wife and consort, Empress Komyo.
In Nara Park’s Ukigumo Enchi Garden, visitors can immerse themselves in the ambiance of the Nara period through a selection of booths that recreate a bustling market typical of the Nara period. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to experience wearing Tempyo-era costumes, providing a tangible connection to this pivotal era in Japanese history.
